FOODS WHICH SHOULD BE AVOIDED
It’s not enjoyable to forego some of your favorite meals, but there are plenty of delectable substitutes. You should avoid highly processed meals, including white bread, and anything that contains a lot of sugar in general.
- Foods like fast food, which is not home cooked and fresh should be avoided.
- All the beverages containing alcoholic should be avoided.

Doing exercise is important, but when you have gestational diabetes then it is more necessary. You can consult your doctor and exercise as much as he says. If you stay fit and are being active, it is a good thing and a better way to manage your blood sugar level.
Doing a moderate activity, like 30 mins of walk or running, jogging, swimming, all these are good options. Exercise can help you to reduce your blood sugar level. So, whenever you go for a workout, you should always carry something with you which has sugar in it like a candy, sweet or any drink containing sugar.
