Diabetic Friendly- Blueberry- Orange muffins:

These are diabetic friendly muffins that pregnant women can easily consume. These are also easy to make.


  • All-purpose flour: 1 ¾ cups
  • Sugar: 1/3 cup
  • Baking powder: 2 ½ teaspoon
  • Baking soda: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt:1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon: ½ teaspoon
  • Fat-free skim milk: ¾ cup
  • Butter, melted and slightly cooled: ¼ cup
  • Egg: 1
  • Orange juice concentrate, thawed: 3 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon
  • Thawed, fresh, or frozen blueberries: ¾ cup



Bake to 400°F preheat. Standard grate 12 cups or line of bakery cups (2 1/2-inch): put aside.

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, bakery powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Beat the medium bowl with the concentration of milk, butter, ox, orange juice, and vanilla until mixed nicely. Add milk to the flour mix; slightly stir until damp.

  • Cooked rolled oats: ½ cup
  • Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon
  • Fat-free milk: ¾ cup
  • Egg: 1
  • Honey: ¼ cup
  • Canola oil: 3 tablespoon
  • Frozen or fresh berries: ¾ cup


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Coat 2 1/2-inch cups of muffin with spray cook, about twelve of them, and set it aside. Put brown sugar and spice in a little basin and put it away.

  • All-purpose flour: 2 ½ cups
  • Whole wheat flour: 1 ¾ cups
  • Packed brown sugar: 1 ¾ cups
  • Baking cocoa: ½ cup
  • Salt: 1 ¼ teaspoon
  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
  • Egg whites: 2 large
  • Egg: 1 large
  • Unsweetened applesauce: 2 cups
  • Fat-free milk: 1 ¾ cups
  • Vanilla extract: 2 ½ teaspoon
  • Semisweet chocolate chips: 1 ¼ cups


Preheat your oven to 350° for five minutes. The first seven components whisk together. Whisk large two egg whites, eggs, applesauce, fat-free milk, canola oil, and vanilla with each other in another dish.

  • Beaten eggs: 2
  • Canned pumpkin: 1 cup
  • Plain yogurt: 2/3 cup
  • Canola oil: ¼ cup
  • Dried cranberries: ¾ cup


Put the first seven ingredients listed above in a large bowl. Put eggs, pumpkin, yogurt, and oil together in another dish.
