This recipe was presented with to me by my friend. It is really easy, effortless to make, and tastes wonderful – it is perfect for the summer season!! I really like the combination of smooth cottage cheese, crunchy vegetables, and dill. I also really like that there is no dressing on this salad. it just doesn’t require it. This dish is incredibly versatile – you can make use of whatever veggies you have available. My children believed it was great they usually aren’t cottage cheese fans. My husband and I both really enjoyed it. I had the leftovers for lunch time the following day and it tasted fantastic.
