When peaches are in season, try to buy fresh ones, which should first be cooked in a little water with some sugar substitute before being used in the juice. Serves: 3

  • 6 peach halves
  • 1 tsp ginger juice
  • 1½ tsp lemon juice
  • 20 ice-cubes
  • 2 sachets sugar substitute

  1. Freeze the peaches in the freezer till they are hard.
  2. Add the ginger juice, lemon juice, sugar substitute and ice-cubes and blend till slushy.
  3. Serve immediately.
